I’m disappointed in my experience in Johnson City’s location. They had my iPhone over 4 hours to replace my battery. Then told me the couldn’t do it because I didn’t pay in advance (they didn’t ask for payment). After that I offered to pay, then (at around 3pm) they said they could not do it that day. I ended up making appointment at he Bristol location (they were good) but it still took me over seven hours to get my battery replaced. Did not come close to meeting my expectations for that kind of service.

I needed a radio at Best Buy, I got and paid for that. Then the radio it seems was draining my battery so I went back and as a courtesy they checked my radio and battery. Suddenly, for my October billing I see they're about to charge me $363.67 for 3 years to join the GOLD SUBSCRIPTION (whatever that is). This was presented to me in a Greed Squad email which I will dispute thru my credit card company if they don't erase this fee for absolutely NOTHING. I did not ask to join. I did not even know it existed. Do not ever go there without expecting surprise fees tacked on your card.

We had a microwave installed last week by two of your employees and let me just say that they went above and beyond. I want to highlight that they were very professional and proficient at their jobs! Brad and Deondre are vital assets to your company and exceeded my expectations!

I will never go to geek squad again. I made 3 appointments and went in once without an appointment to get my phone screen fixed. I was turned away ALL times because they didn’t have the supplies to fix my iPhone 11 and refused to order the parts. Not to mention one staff member there is extremely rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to simply Mac for your IPhone repairs. They took in my phone take morning even though they made my appointment for 5pm and had it fixed and back into my hand before my actual appointment. Not to mention simply Mac staff so unbelievably nice!

DO NOT buy the Total Tech support, 2x they rescheduled my service.This is a total rip off, they never show up. They have an excuse every time. Do not waste your money.
