Willie, Quinton and Ashton all eagerly helped to resolve our computer issues. They found the problem quickly and we were able to get it corrected. They helped us get connected with other devices as well. They advised us on how to reconnect everything once we got it home Everything worked great. Thanks to you it was much easier.

I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to the 2 young men who did an AMAZING job installing our massage chair for Quinco Mental Health Center. DJ and James are AWESOME. DJ explained how to work the chair, as well as additional information to get the best use out of the chair. DJ and James worked really good together and I must say, "Job Well Done!" You made us happy.

have called 3 times, took 20 minutes just to get to the store phone, and then sat for another 20 minutes and never got an answer. Terrible customer service while in store as well.

Just left BB after visiting the Geek Squad for a simple fix. Not for a 67-year-old man without a computer background. Lindsey fixed my problem in about three minutes tops. Kudos to her for great personality and resolving the issue. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back."

If you don’t have a warranty through Best Buy don’t waste your time. I tried to take my camera to be fixed and they wouldn’t even look at it because it wasn’t under their warranty. What I need done is very simple, but I just don’t have the tools to fix it. Such a huge waste of my time and very unhelpful. I told them that I would pay for them to fix it but they still said they wouldn’t help me. If I could rate then 0 stars I would.
