uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

After saving up money to buy a gaming PC for several years, I was finally able to get it built. After 2 months of it working perfectly, it decided to no longer boot. I took my PC to a local tech guy and he attempted to figure out the issue (not once, but twice), but ultimately failed at finding a permanent fix. I decided to take it to the guys at UBreakIFix in Hixson, and they DID NOT DISSAPPOINT. I let them know of my frustration and they immediately assigned my PC to their lead tech. Connor primarily worked on my PC and was excellent at letting me know of the issues he found, the steps he was taking to fix it, transparency on the costs and parts being used, and was even willing to answer all my questions/concerns (since I'm a PC noob). The fact that there is a 1 year warranty of the services provided gives me peace of mind as it's been frustrating trying to finally game on this PC I've saved up for, for some time. I HIGHLY recommend the guys at this location (you too Jesse), and appreciate the complete professionalism I experienced doing business with them. Thanks again!!

I had a charging issue with my iPhone late last week and a friend recommended this store. When I arrived, Connor warmly greeted me, all while juggling a room full of customers in different phases of their service process. Connor was amazing at managing a huge workload all while maintaining a very professional, friendly and helpful demeanor. Way to be Connor; greatly appreciate you and y'alls help! My phone is also working wonderfully now.

Dropped a very heavy object onto my iphone16 m. I brought it into them and they got me back to normal. I thought it was unfixable because it dented it so badly. But they fixed it! Very helpful. I will be back. Be prepared for the apple prices, they are expensive. It’s worth it.

I cannot recommend this establishment enough!!!! Not only am I exceedingly pleased with the quality and speed of repair to my phone, the customer service is just outstanding! Jesse was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question that I had and provided options without trying to up-sale me. Trust me when I say, "I shopped around" for pricing, etc. and they weren't just competitive, they beat every single quote I was given without using after market materials like all the others! Fingers crossed that I don't need their services any time soon but should the unexpected happen with any of my electronics, they will be my first and only phone call!
