The office in Hermitage was Impossibile to call. I booked online an appointment at 10am at at 9.55 I get a text message where they cancel my appointment. Their policy says: “There will be a $50 fee We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your appointment.” I want to know if they are going to pay me for going there and have my appointment canceled 5 min before!!!
