I had the best experience ever when these guys make sure I was completely taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations to get my phone repaired when they were having problems from my insurance company that could not get my IMEI number, correct after multiple times. It took probably about five days or so, but they were on top of it! They made sure all the corrections were made before I did the drive back out to their location that was about 30 minutes away. They even spoke with my insurance insurance carrier to let them know what they needed in order to get my phone repaired quick. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you guys. Thank you so much. I will highly recommend all of my clients for my business to you!

Went into this place thinking about the bad reviews that you see posted here. Not really sure why those are there or why people are upset because it was nothing but a terrific experience. Bradley worked on mine and that guy does a stellar job. He got my claim submitted with me had a terrific attitude and they handle people in there that are fairly upset. Can't go wrong in this store and I really appreciate the professionalism!

Bradley and Alex did a deep research dive and found the part needed to transfer data from my very old phone to my new phone. I am so grateful to have all my Snotes back. Never mind how fast the service was, I was just elated they successfully restored my data. I'll be going to them when I upgrade my very old laptop for sure. I'm a happy customer. My Grandson's iphone wouldn't power up and was thought to have water damage. Brought it in and Cole and Bradley were able to diagnosis it and found no water damage just needed new battery. Fixed it and was able to pick it up with in a couple hours. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again if needed.

Cole was able to locate a replacement display that meet uBreakiFix standards at a lower price than I was originally quoted. He was very communicative at every step, made some recommendations and the turnaround time was very reasonable. Very happy with my repair of a 5+ yr old laptop.
