ITS Techs and I have many years of our companies working together. Owner Jim Butera has spent a very large amount of time learning our electronic medical record system in order to be a better partner for us - above and beyond what IT support would involve. We did a very large project this year that successfully captured our existing information in order to transfer from one system to another. Jim saved us the cost of buying an additional server. It appeared to happen effortlessly but I know months of preparation went into a smooth as silk transfer. The services provided by ITS Techs are top tier and it is a pleasure to work with Jim and Michelle.

I had Jim build a computer for me based on my using AutoCAD for my business. He got back with me quickly and was patient with my questions. I then had them set my new computer up.
