Advanced Computer Diagnostics

Rick is the best IT person hands down. He is so knowledgeable and I always get my laptop back fast. I'm in grad school and while in the middle of finishing my paper, I caught a virus. I called Rick and he was able to fix my laptop and have it back to me the next day. What I like most is the program which allows you to pay a monthly fee to have him on standby. How cool is that! I don't have to leave my house now, I can send a ticket like I do on my work laptop and Rick will remote in to fix it. I love that.... if you're a college student you need a good IT person on speed dial and Rick is your person. He's a hardworking family man who takes pride in his work. He's not expensive and I truly trust him to always be honest. He's been my IT guy for years and nobody can touch this man skills..

This guy is the Steve Jobs of Nashville computer repair. I work heavily with high-stress computing for Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. I contacted Rick to replace the cooling system for my Dell XPS8930 workstation. This required a full deconstruction and rebuild of the device with the new fan and cooling system in place, something which would take me days to do with my current schedule, as I'm finishing up a Master's Thesis in Audio Engineering which hinges entirely on how well my computer runs. I can't praise Rick Patin, owner and operator and multi-tool of Advanced Computer Diagnostics enough for how quickly he was able to facilitate my computer upgrade on incredibly short notice. What you won't find at nearly every other repair shop: -He picked up and dropped off the device right to my house at times incredibly convenient, with the full upgrade service costing far less than I anticipated, and all in all just about 24 hours, when I contacted him the day of the repair with 0 advance warning. -Was friendly, professional, up front about pricing, and genuinely knowledgable. Provided advice on upgrades in the future. 100% factual, no "car mechanic" BS with this guy. -When the bracket to mount the fan couldn't work with the arrangement, Rick used his own hardware to drill holes and MAKE a mounting bracket without charging me more for the service. I'll only go to this guy in the future if I EVER need anything -- take it from me, I used to work at a different computer repair shop downtown. The fact that he's able to perform services with an 100% satisfaction rate by himself is a testament to his skill, proficiency, and wizardry with computer and information systems. I could do it myself... but I'd much rather pay to have Advanced Computer Diagnostics do it. Rick's a master of his craft.
