iFix Germantown

This is my second time using their services. I was unable to pay for my repairs on the front end but they helped me on good faith alone. I was in a huge predicament and needed my phone repaired. They were so helpful and kind to trust me to keep my end of the bargain. I will use their services over anyone else's in the city. My phone works great and I can get back to my life because of them. The two managers are really good people. They really care about their customers. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good phone repair place.

This is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I came in for a simple fix for the back of my camera. The camera itself was cracked and apparently in order for them to fix my phone they "needed" to put a new screen on. He handed me my phone and when finished and told me "if there are any problems with glitching or it doesn't seem to work, come back and we will fix it for you". As soon as I got on my phone there were nothing but problems. Glitching, half my screen missing, black and blue ink seeping into the front of my screen. By the next morning my phone was complete toast. I went back as soon as they opened, hoping they could help me out (like they said they would) but no. The worst costumer service, attitude.... it was just a bad experience. He tells me there is nothing he can do and that he will not refund me my money, that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it all over again. It was $165. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD do not spend your money here. They will rip you off then make it your problem. Also had to buy a whole new phone!

Great experience .They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. And very quick service , same day. It only took an hour to fix my daughter’s 13 pro screen.

I walked into iFix needing a minor repair and received help from Beck as soon as I walked in the door. The service was quick, and I was able to notice the effect of the repair instantly. I will make sure to come back again for future repairs on my phone.
