Check in staff were terrible and beyond rude. They left me hanging for like 30 minutes and when I complained all of a sudden, I’m the problem, I’m yelling, I’m being rude. I was none of those. I was rightfully, frustrated, even another customer behind me who saw everything commented to me that I didn’t do anything wrong. Apparently, they made a mistake in their system. They tried to cover it by saying I left the store and I never did. Anyways, the manager came out, his name was Josh and he was super helpful and kind and Did all the right things. He helped me get all my products and even sold me a few more. I really appreciated him Also, Jeremiah, the technician who helped me with a computer who said it couldn’t be fixed was very helpful too. It was really just the front door staff. One even made a nasty jester About me to another employee and thought I didn’t see it. I had every right to be frustrated. They did not seem to know the difference between a customer who is rightly frustrated and somebody creating a problem. I’ll probably order online next time. I hope they improve the Quality of the staff. SMH.

The worst Apple experience to date. Terrible customer service; I came in for a simple screen repair and waited over 3 1/2 hours. The associates were unhelpful, and the manager seemed to care more about engaging in personal conversation with his employees rather than assisting customers. I felt like I was disturbing them.

My mother and I went to the Apple store in Saddle Creek last week to purchase phones. They were very busy but we still got in and out without delay. The buying procedure went smoothly. They also helped us transfer data from one phone to another. They were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

This place is a mad house. Parking is always full. Location is always packed. Seem like they just need their own stand alone location. Service is great, but too many people.
