The gentleman who assisted me was great at the Cool Springs location. He was professional, courteous and funny. He provided me the estimated time as to when my phone would be fixed and it was ready and waiting when I returned. This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of using them. The results both times were perfect.

My child dropped our nintendo switch in water. I thought it was done for but I figured worth a try to see if it is fixable - ubreakifix was able to fix it! They did it within 24 hours and were honest. Let me know it just needed a new battery and their initial quote was accurate, no surprise charges. Thank y'all so much! With kids and electronics, im sure we will be back soon.

Dropped off my laptop on Friday for troubleshooting & repair. Received call on Sunday saying parts arrived. Picked up laptop on Monday. All is well! Typical service for this location. Have used them for years on computers and cell phones.
