Clearly communicated what I was paying for. Had them troubleshoot my laptop. They called me back in a timely manner even though they were backlogged. Seemed they also accepted all current payment forms. I would use them again for my future computer repair needs!

I called, and they were up front about pricing and the time it would take to diagnose and fix the problem! Ryan was extremely helpful, and my PC was back in my hands in 48 hours. He gave me some instructions and showed me how to protect my PC. Highly recommended!

I stopped in the shop just with a few questions about adding ram, I did not really require any service. I wish I knew the two guys names that I worked with so I could shout them out but they were super friendly answered all my questions, even though I was not there to pay for any service. I recently took my laptop into Tech Pros because it wasn't booting. TP thoroughly tested the whole computer, and unfortunately the laptop has reached the end of it's life. TP was able to recover my hard drive data so I can rebuild my system on my next computer.

Data Recovery work was top shelf. Important files that were thought to be gone were recovered. Their knowledge and ability to communicate make them valuable in their field. I recommend that you take any work you have to them. Make them part of your business directory.
