I've probably printed a couple hundred thousand postcards all over the country and Grace is among the best of those who have printed and cut them for me. She was fast and accurate on both sets that I have done with her. I am VERY, VERY happy!!!

We bought our computer at this Staples. From the very first day, the tech support staff (Dennis, Jeremiah, and others), were and are extremely courteous, knowledgable, and explained things well. This is the second time since purchase that we have needed tech support to resolve an issue. Both times it was addressed, explained, and resolved professionally. It is reassuring to find such gifted individuals working in retail, and not in specialized (expensive) environments. Thank you to all.

Was able to pick out and buy new printer at Staples. Walked in, picked out a printer and took it home. Got rewards and very good help. I really like Staples

I went to the UPS center to return items to Amazon and Temu , but I was told that I had to print all the labels for the returns! At the UPS return center in Hixson, TN the employees do that for you; therefore, I don’t know how to do that. The employee was very short with me and provided almost no help; therefore, I packed up my stuff to take it to Hixson UPS return center. I also intended to buy some office supplies, but after receiving such awful service, I won’t be back to this store! Please don’t advertise UPS service if the employees are unwilling to assist the customer in Stables as they do in an UPS Return Center.
