Paul was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He was so willing to help on the phone and willing to meet anywhere immediately! He fixed the problem on my laptop very quickly and gave me great tech advice. Would recommend to everyone! So genuine and intelligent!

Paul is a very personable and easygoing man who creatively addressed three computer issues that were giving me problems. My older computer has some great programs that are essential to me. The problem was my older, ailing machine and need for a reliable back-up. Given compatibility issues with my newer laptop and Win10, I was personally unable to get two of the programs installed and the third to work fluidly; this, as they did on the older machine. Paul solved all three problems for me. Paul came to my home, twice. He's polite, unassuming and most courteous. He was responsive by phone and is definitely invested in satisfying customer needs. I couldn't be more pleased. BTW, Paul isn't cheap, but quality service generally isn't, nowadays.

Not only is he accommodating and expert at his craft, but a joy to be with: friendly, personable and willing and able to share his knowledge in a way that even a non-techie like me could understand! And this is on top of the usual things one might hope for: access, responsiveness, reliability and reasonably priced. Highly recommended without reservation.
