Ryan took great care of my laptop issue. The back cover and bezel needed replaced due to a piece of plastic breaking. He found the appropriate parts on Amazon for me, I ordered & had delivered directly to the ISX office. Parts arrived on Thursday &repaired as good as new Friday. The price for repair was more than fair. You will not go wrong having Ryan help with your computer needs!

Ryan is a wonderful professional technician, very knowledgeable ready to listen and resolve my concerns, and issues. I was super impressed with his talent. All in a few hours, the job he performed was not an easy one. Mine dealt with a water pump to cool the CPU. I reached out to Ryan on a Sunday morning when my work PC went down late Saturday night. He was able to get me in quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem, going above and beyond to give me a great deal on new hardware that got me operational before the next workweek started. When I looked around to get my gaming computers power supply replaced, I found ISX. Brought it to Ryan at 11:30 am and picked it up at 2 pm. Very personable service, quick turn around, great price!! I give him 5 stars, especially now when it's hard to find this level of service of getting a computer fixed at a livable rate.
