These guys did an INSANE dbrand skin install on my steam deck! They did is in such an amazingly fast time frame. I was absolutely shocked. I wouldn't dare want to use heat to add a skin on, cause I don't have the skillset these guys do. They are the real deal and got the job done. I'm actually gonna get them to install the guilikit electromagnetic joypads on my steam deck this week! Thanks phone king team for doing the risky work for me. I have the coolest steam deck in Memphis now 👍👍👍😎

This place was amazing! Friendly professional service! I had two places tell me they couldn’t even fix the phone because the screen wasn’t cracked.. well my son had hit it in the corner of a table so I knew the screen was broken even though you couldn’t see the break.. Then I went to Phone Kings not only did they fix they Charged half the price of any other place I called.. one place quoted me $125 and Phone Kings did it for $65.81 after taxes.. I will always take my phone there from now on

The last time I broke my phone was 3 years ago. An iPhone 6+ screen and had no complaints. Good price and great customer service. Just broke my new phone recently and it needed a screen repair. Went back to this place and had the same excitement the last time I was here. iPhone 11 Pro Max it took them 40 minutes. Love this place.

I took my lightning struck fried ps4 to these guys and they fixed it with no problems at all. I was amazed it could be done for such a great price. It took just less than a week to get back to me even with them having to order parts. They are fast, friendly, nice guys that keep you posted with the progress of your repair. I will definitely be doing business with them if I need their services again. GREAT WORK GUYS THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Very cordial and courteous customer service. Quick sane day turnaround. Promptly called when part ordered came in to schedule time ti bring phone in. Took time to do extra cleaning on interior of phone. Definitely recommend to anyone needing iPhone repair.
