I went in today with an issue with my laptop that I could NOT figure out on my own. Kimber was awesome and with a few clicks of the keyboard in combination with some settings on my iPhone, she had me back up and running in just a few minutes. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and I am so glad to know where I can get the help I need in the future.

Showed up at noon when they opened they immediately had my phone screen replaced within roughly an hour maybe hour 15 min but guys was super friendly. I thought 350 bucks was kinda high but I'm no expert and I'd assume that's probably the going rate. Plus it came with a 1 year warranty all in all great place! I'd do business there again.

Kymber was AMAZING! My husband and I went into the shop to get a factory reset on his phone to send it back and what we thought was we had to take an extra step and just send it back with all of his info. she quickly took it back and reset the phone in literally 2 min! She's awesome and I will definitely be back to her if we have anymore phone issues.

I got my Apple Watch repaired here. The adhesive was coming undone under the screen and lifting. The tech diagnosed the issue promptly, checked for any other damage, and then ordered the needed parts for repair. They repaired my watch faster than the estimated time, and then held it for me because I wasn’t able to pick it up right away. It was a great experience from start to finish. Lars, the front desk worker, was very professional and knowledgeable, and helped answer all my questions quickly and effectively. I really appreciated the service and support provided here. I am also very happy with the cost. Thanks!

Came in after 5 with a screen that needed to be fixed. The gentleman was very nice and great attitude. He didn’t act like I was a bother like some places at closing time. They were actually able to get it fixed before they closed. Very pleased and will use again
