I called Brian about a ram upgrade on my iMac. I gave him the projected timeline that I would would like it to be finished by and he said that he would try his best to have it that way (he finished it a day in advance). .. I took it home to my studio to find that the thunderbolt was not working not only did he promptly answer the text, but he personally came over to my home , to fix it and had it fixed literally an hr and half later . His Customer service is top notch and this guy knows computers beyond just consumer level. And he’s a nice guy , genuine and professional . 100% recommend. Customer for life.

I took my laptop in for a screen repair to several other places and they quoted me absurd prices, I'm so happy I found Brian! He was friendly and professional throughout all of our conversations. Not only did he quote me a much better, reasonable price, but he did great work and had a much faster turnaround than I was expecting! I will definitely be turning to him for all my future computer/tech issues.

Brian is a VET and deserves all the business he can get. He is so good,so smart and has advanced protection products-excellent! He took care of my issues promptly and very reasonably. He explained everything slowly for non tech people like me. You will be pleased with his service,prices and quick turn around.
