Robert (the owner) was an absolute professional. Helped my family repair our computer on time, and right before the holidays! He performed a detailed diagnosis, explained clearly the issues, obtained the neccessary replacement parts, and was transparent about the price throughout. He spent time, in person, to walk through repairs before & after fixing the tower, walking through everything in detail. I highly encourage going to Robert & Honest Computer Repair if you need your PC fixed.

Really upholds his namesake: I had an issue upgrading my RAM that wound up being operator error (wasn’t seated all the way..go figure). He didn’t charge a cent. This was a same day walk in appointment literally within the hour of our phone call. Fantastic service!

Mom’s computer totally crashed. I found Robert on Google and thought I’d give him a shot. He had it fixed in just days. Mom is happy again to look at her You Tube videos. Highly recommend him. My computer is now in his shop getting an upgrade.

I went here because my PC build wouldn’t connect to a monitor. Robert helped me bring the PC inside and then got to work. I had a very simple issue but nonetheless he got it done quickly while explaining my mess up, checked that everything was working properly, checked my fans and temp, told me how to optimize the airflow of my PC, and walked me through how to install windows as well! Robert was a very kind man with a lovely dog and beautiful fish, and I appreciate how helpful and generous he was. It truly made my day! If you’re ever having PC or tech issues I highly recommend Honest Computer Repair. I know I’ll be going back if I have anymore issues anyway!

The experience that I’ve had with Honest Computer Repair has been awesome. I’ve had problems with three different laptops in a very short period of time and Honest Computer Repair has been very timely with diagnosing the problem. One would have cost more than I wanted to put into the laptop to have repaired and the other two were minor issues that were corrected and I was not charged. I don’t typically write reviews but in this day and age when it seems like people are all about getting over this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a vendor. I highly recommend Honest Computer Repair to any one that is looking for assistance with their computer problems.
