I came in with 2 laptops. Even though I wasn't able to get either repaired, the guy who worked with me was amazing. He was so nice & very knowledgeable. He made sure I was informed on what my options were & again he was so nice. I forgot to ask his name, but he was slightly tall, thin, long brown hair. Thank you for great service!

Geek Squad is Horrible How do yall Have At Home Services for the changing of a cpu & adding a cpu cooler but get too my home n say yall can’t do nothing at home basically Lazy Bruh n its wild cause I knew they was gonna do this cause when I called too schedule they tried too make me come up too Clarksville BestBuy which is 30 mins away & im not from this area in Hopkinsville roads are different n smaller so the whole geek squad is Lazy for that it doesn’t make no sense

Indoor pool would not heat. Loud people very VERY close to you. No privacy at all anywhere. Paid 1700 for two nights in a cabin (splash mountain lookout cabin) with a heated pool but didn't get to use it once. Worse experience I've ever had. Don't go here. Try something else. Gave 2 stars because the cabin was very clean.

asked simply for a psu to be replaced. I never even opened the PC and it was basically brand new. What I got back was a nonfunctioning PC. What happened to the PSU, who knows. They denied it and instead blamed me, refusing to fefund me for a PSU that was faulty. I will never go back there. Very rude and heartless corporation. I went to a local guy and got 10 times better service.
