Rick came to our house in Thompson Station and fixed our 86in LED TV. Overall we had a great experience with Rick from start to finish, he was extremely professional and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. He arrived promptly with all the necessary parts, and the repair was seamless. I was especially impressed with how quickly the process moved—from the time I contacted LG to Rick showing up at my door was all within a week! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Rick for any TV repairs—he’s efficient, reliable, and truly knows his stuff. Super friendly guy and will call him in the future for any repairs we might have!!

Rick came to our house ro repair a warranty issue for a LG TV. He was very quick to reach out and keep us informed of parts being ordered, setting up appointment time ect. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again for any other repair needs.

After several phone calls with LG customer service, Rick was a breath of fresh air. Rick is friendly, easy to understand, and instills confidence that the job is going to get done. He was in communication with me throughout the entire process of getting my TV fixed, keeping me up to date on when the parts were expected to be in, when they actually came in, when he would be here to fix my TV, and then when he was on the way the day of the appointment. Rick arrived on time and fixed the TV with no issue. I am hanging on to Rick's contact info because this is the kind of customer service I would like in the future if I need a TV fixed. 5 stars!! 5 Stars they ordered the motherboard for my TV came out and replaced it. TV was under warranty so no charge. Fixed my issue very quickly. Rick the owner was very knowledgable very friendly and has been doing this for a long time.
