Once again, the magicians at Oops have resurrected my beloved iPhone 8! The first time, it had been submerged in water more than an hour & they got it to work! This time, they got it to work after I found it in a puddle in a parking lot! Not only are they great at their job, they are extremely friendly and affordable! So grateful for Oops and their amazing service!

Very unusual customer service. I picked up my computer today, after it sat on their shelf for 2 months with nothing done to it. The only explanation I received was "I'm sorry sir. The person who looked at your computers no longer works here. I remembered he was suppose to ship it to the Apple dealer in California. There's no charge since we didn't do anything to it. Good luck. "

We have taken several devices to Oops and got incredible service at fair prices. My favorite part of the Oops experience is their clarity. If I bring in junk I hear the truth. My second favorite part is their engaging friendliness, so rare in today's businesses. Which brings me to my third favorite part of going to Oops, which is they give realistic time lines. If it's a week it's a week. If they can do it overnight, they will tell you. Oops is five stars all day every day.
