Great service and super quick turnaround. Replaced the screen on my 2023 MacBook Pro and it looks just like new. Definitely the place to go for Apple repairs!

Poorly ran business. Had an appointment for 12:30, got there at 12:35. Door was locked. Someone came out and I said I have an appointment at 12:30… (mind you I drove an hour and fifteen minutes one way) He pointed at the door and said he was at lunch. I asked what should I do.. he said come back at 1:00. I came back at 1:00, sat till 1:10 and no one arrived back.

I highly recommend this business, and Joel specifically. I had some issues with my Mac display and brought it in. Joel almost immediately identified what he thought the issue was, other possibilities, how he would diagnose which it was, and what we could do about it. He was friendly and eager to a degree you don't see often days, and clearly is very knowledgable and proficient at his craft. Thanks a lot, huge props and thanks to Joel - will be returning with any future issues.

Joel made sure that my problem was resolved with my iPhone, which had all kinds of problems with it. If you will give him an opportunity to figure out what’s going on with your phone without interrupting his thought process, and present one issue at a time, you will get better results. Keep working with him on what’s going on with your phone! The persistence paid off for me! I left the phone and came back while it was syncing, and he kept in touch to let me know what was going on with the phone. If you leave, you will need to sign a standard waiver in regards to your phone. He is my new Apple guy. I was pleased with the service and would confidently recommend him because he sincerely wanted to fix my phone. I also have a Samsung phone, and I asked him to help me make the fonts larger. He helped me with this, and didn’t have to. The business is conveniently located in the Eastgate Town Center Mail, Entrance D.
