My first experience was having to have my sons’ screen replaced on his laptop. The turnaround time was quick and the price was reasonable. My second experience was when my laptop had some kind of bug on it that I wasn’t able to get rid of. Billy was not only able to save ALL of my files on a thumb drive but he also wiped my laptop clean and replaced the memory. He also gave me the thumb drive so now I have a back up of my files. He was professional and made sure I was satisfied with the service I received.

James at Doubleclickittofixit is the BEST! I had a terrible experience with another "repair" company. I sent them the laptop and it took them 3 months to return it. It was never repaired even though I paid for it to be repaired. The other shop wouldn't respond to my inquiries and finally sent it back to me, only to find that the problem was not fixed. I explained the issue to James. I sent him the laptop, and he repaired it and returned it to me within a week. This was 2 years ago and it is still in use by my daughter. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication, and above all, Excellent work! This was a common problem, an overheating motherboard, but apparently, there aren't many out there who have the equipment to repair it correctly. I trust him with any motherboard issues. He guarantees his work and doesn't charge if he can't repair. GREAT experience, and will be sending him another laptop tomorrow.

Thought I had a system failure with my desk top; my service found me a Computer Repair open an accessible in the Hamilton Place Area, off Lee Hwy- they were courteous and most of all, explained that I had a system that simply was shut down prematurely and needed to be reset and it was running good- and the office rate was waived as a one time courtesy. They even gave it a quick double check and said it was running good and needed a simply update from Microsoft. Bravo Zulu Double Click! We had our 70” Sharp TV repaired by James and we were very happy with how prompt they were in coming to the house to repair it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again. He also went out of his way to put the TV Back on the stand and hook up all the DVD players etc.
