Went to pick up my laptops that were left here for repair only to find that the shop was closed and both laptops gone. According to the new tenant in the space there have been multiple people coming in for their property only to find the same. If you are one of them, I've been advised by a lawyer friend to file a police report with Brentwood PD.

My wife and I are seniors who are only fractionally tech-savvy. When our Dell desktop failed to turn on (after 10 years of everyday use), Greg knew exactly what to do. He is very busy, but the turnaround time was actually quite short, and we are happily starting our second 10 years with the computer, which now works as well as when it was new. We TRUST Greg to be fair and honest, and that's important to us!!

I am founder of a Nashville based 501(c)(3). Our laptop computer died and our operational funds are always limited. Greg Smith, owner, worked with me, via email and then with hands on discussion and demo, along with Nathaniel, of the best refurbished laptop he had in his Cool Springs location. It was PERFECT for our needs and in our budget. Win/win! Additionally, he offered the no charge service of safely disposing of the dead laptop. Customer service, quality, value. It's rare to find all three in one place.

Not even worth one star. Totally unprofessional in every way. He said it would take a day and then a week later after my calling he did not care if I had no computer. Never gave me updates on how many days it would take. Now I see why he had so many negative reviews - there is a reason for it. Go anywhere else and you will be doing yourself a favor. Stay away unless you love aggravation.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I'll just bullet point what made this entire MONTH LONG TRANSACTION the worst I have ever experienced. - He told me it takes 24-48hrs for a quote. I called him more than 72 hours later for him to tell me he made an executive decision without contacting me. - rushed me throughout the whole 5-minute phone call. - told me it'd be done in the next two days. then proceeded to get mad at me for calling two days later asking if it was done. - he needed to get another part to my computer and told me he would call me when it arrived. I once again called for him to tell me he received it a few days ago. All in all the worst experience because him being mad at me for keeping him to his deadlines. I tell him this for him to immediately get defensive say "He doesn't care" and say that I'm no longer welcome and that people who come from Best Buy are always too demanding. This man Greg is the owner of this store and I wonder how this rude man continues to stay in business.
