The best computer repair experience that I have ever had. I had a problem that had been worked by several "computer experts" who were unable to repair the malfunction. Jeff did a thorough diagnosis of the computer and did not give up until he had found the cause of the problem and repaired it. He was friendly, professional and kept me informed of his progress.
