A very slow and inefficient place to get work done. I had taken 2 small circuit boards, which both had very small digital displays above the board soldered via through board pins. My request was simply to remove both small above digital displays. Then, reattach the good digital display to the one board that had the defective display removed Ok, I know TMI right? Well, I dropped the 2 boards off before Christmas. The technician looked carefully and assured me he could complete the request, but I was never given a cost estimate at all. I guess I was thinking it's not rocket science plus along with assuring me it should be no problem. My fault, so today, January 23rd, after several calls and even a few personal visits, I gave up. I picked up my boards, only 1 of which he actually did remove the small digital display above the board. He continued telling me he was always busy with other stuff but hoped he might finish tomorrow? He does not call back; the shop is a mess with equipment all over, and it's obvious to anyone it's a very unorganized place. I feel bad not being able to make a better review 😕, but I'm just being honest. I will remove the faulty digital display and transplant the operating digital display myself. I understand it's hard to get good employees, but not taking time to return calls or finish a job promptly is just bad business. I was charged 90$ and that was only after my complaint about the first amount which was same as a new board? So customer beware 🤔.

These guys installed a beta bios version on my new build and had me coming back to them a bunch of times and paying service fees. A few hundred dollars later, I guess they gave up because they started ignoring my calls and and not calling me back. The last time I dealt with the owner was a house call that he pushed out and rescheduled every day for almost an entire week. On top of that, I had to go in and fix the wiring on my aio the first time I got it back because they plugged it and half of my fans into a daisy chain going to the PSU instead of the mobo. Go anywhere else. This place is the equivalent of a YouTube mechanic. Editing post-response I've called several times already. I even tried to reach you on Steam because you said it was okay to contact you through there. You reaponded so I know you got the message and I still never heard back about this. I shouldn't have to complain to get good service. You all can keep what I overpayed you, and you can keep this review.

Awesome customer service! My husband took the battery out of his work laptop because it died and his work sent him a new battery; in that time he lost the screws to reattach the battery. Tech Nav dug through their jars of screws and found four that fit! Will return for all my personal computer needs!

My mother brought her older laptop in for a scan shortly after being a victim of a scammer. Since I no longer live in the area I was unable to help her. The crew at Tech Nav removed the malware that was installed on her laptop and patiently walked her through steps to avoid scams in the future. She spoke very highly about their customer service and the results. Very thankful for that experience.

I highly recommend this local business! I took my laptop into the shop for a broken screen. It took a bit of time, but I'm understanding considering they're a small business. They replaced my laptop screen for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. The receptionist was also super friendly and helpful. My new laptop screen is excellent and I'm very happy with the results.
