Great experience and service yesterday. Took my old phone in because it stopped charging. Bryson diagnosed that it was my battery, so I left it and picked it up a couple hours later. The owner checked me out and he was very a personable guy. Let me know my phone was on its last leg, no pressure at all, but did ask I come see him when I finally decided to to get a new one. As a salesperson, I really appreciated him asking for my business. I didn’t even know they sold phones too!! Will definitely be back.

I had to get my screen replaced on my pixel 7 pro and it was a quick and simple process. They had to order the part which took 2 days to arrive and then it was fixed quickly.

Terrible repair service. Brought in my ipad pro for a simple charge jack repair and then the nightmare began. After about two days they called us and said it was all good. We went to pick it up and it was unresponsive to touch. The tech hadn't even tested it. He stated he may have forgot to reattach a ribbon wire when in actuality he had damaged the circuit board. He offered to replace it with a comparable model which was acceptable if it was ever going to be in stock (It's been over two weeks and still waiting). NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
