Best computer guys I've ever worked with. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and as expedient as is possible with tech problems. My dealings with them(repairs, ink cartridges, phone accessories, troubleshooting, etc.) have encouraged me to provide patronage to more small local businesses and it has paid off. They really showcase the level of care someplace locally owned can provide vs a corporation filled with cogs focused only on profit. They really go above and beyond.

I recently had some severe problems with both a laptop and a desktop computer. I called around to my local office supply chain stores and got prices and times for repair. I also did the same with Geek Squad. After being resigned to paying big bucks and waiting for longer than I wanted, I passed by Computer Catering in Maryville and decided to stop in and see what they could do for me. Corey and Brandon were very professional and courteous to work with. They took the time to explain what they believed to be some of the possible problems, and listened patiently as I tried to explain in layman's terms about some of the troubles I was having. There were some serious problems with my desktop which they diagnosed and repaired in a matter of a couple of days, which included new hardware and a reloading of the operating system. Needless to say, my computer is back and running as good as the day I took it out of it's box. I was so happy with both Corey and Brandon, and the level of service, that I took my laptop in and had them perform a tune-up on it as well, which fixed issues I have been dealing with for years. Their prices were much lower than any of the other businesses I looked into as well. I have also purchased numerous accessories from them including 2 monitors. GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

This place is the BEST! I had an issue with my Star Wars HP laptop where I could not plug my cord in all the way. My boyfriend and our roommate said that the port was probably loose and it might need to be soldered back into place. Because I had gotten the computer at Best Buy, I started by calling the Geek Squad who said it was soldered to the motherboard, they would have to replace the motherboard to fix it and I would be better off replacing the laptop. I called some places for a cheaper and simpler option, and it wasn’t until I called Computer Catering that I got some real help. Brandon looked up my computer model and found that the port is NOT soldered to the motherboard. As I suspected, Geek Squad trying to swindle me into buying a new laptop. So I took my computer to Brandon and the first thing he did was look at my cord, and it turned out the prong was bent in it, so it wasn’t the port all along! A much easier fix. Hats off to these guys, they really go above and beyond and care for their customers. They understand how important computers are to their customers’ daily lives and do all they can to get you back up and running.

Had two laptops with different issues. First my daughters laptop had a issue that wasn't allowing Windows to load, we believe due to a failed update. Second was my laptop that had run out of hard drive space so I needed a new hard drive. They worked with me to get both issues resolved fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. The best part was they took the time to talk to me about my options and let me decide. Will certainly use them again in the future should the need arrive. Very happy with service, work completed and price.

I brought my computer in because it was making strange beeping noises at startup. These guys got to my computer right away and stayed in communication with me as they explored the issue. In the end, it was a simple solution that involved the purchase of a new monitor cord. I appreciate their time and friendly customer service. They have become our local trusted computer experts and we will definitely return to them for future services and supplies!
