Laptop stopped working unfortunately was a done deal. A-i made it an easy transition to a new one. They are always quick with my little fixes but even this time everything was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time and I was back working within a day...

I took my 8-year old HP desktop to them because it was running frustratingly slow. They did a thorough diagnostic, and recommended replacing the factory hard drive with a solid-state hard drive, and bumping up the RAM memory from 4gb to 8gb. I got it back home, and wow is it fast now! All my programs and files are there just like on the old hard drive. I am very happy with the results because I really did not want to replace my computer at this time. They had a quick response time, too, understanding that we don't like to be very long without our computers! I have used them for other needs in the past, and will continue to go there for any future needs. I highly recommend them!
