Business Hours
Business Overview
Staples in Sioux Falls appears to be a mixed bag, with reviews highlighting both positive and negative experiences. While some customers have had efficient and helpful interactions, others have reported issues with store hours, customer service, and service quality. The store seems to struggle with staffing levels and meeting advertised service timelines.

I recently was in prompt need of some of my favorite pens. I didn't expect to get them until the next day or two, but after I ordered I got an email that the pens were ready for pickup. I re-arranged my schedule and picked them up which took about 5 minutes in the store. I have had the same excellent service many times at Staples!

Terrible service! Blue prints are not printed “same day” or within 24 hours as advertised. Tried picking up after a day and the store was closed 4 hours earlier than what the front entrance stated. I called in the following day and was notified they were a day behind on prints. Totally understandable as I know staffing is short and people are busy but was a little confused on the hours. Anyways, I returned a few days later to pick up my prints to find the store closing early once again.. this time to one of the employees locking the doors on mine and another customers face, then turned around and proceeded to hide behind a wall 5 minuted to closing. Will not be returning to this store again once I receive my prints and or a refund at this point.

I had an urgent need for a new printer ink cartridge. Website says 8am opening. Sign on door says 8am opening time too. Sat in parking lot at 8.15am waiting for them to unlock the doors. An older guy was sat in a truck next to me in the parking lot and saw me go to the door at 8.02am. He waited another five minutes before getting out of his truck and going into the store, but locked the door behind him. Come on. 8am is not a hard time to hit.

Do NOT under any circumstances use Staples as an Amazon return site. Not only are employees undertrained and stressed out (one of them actually SAID to me "this place is a mess") but they were completely rude and condescending when I asked about the return not being processed. Thankfully, I had a receipt, but it's clear that they are not at all professional or deserving of being a dropoff site. Go to Kohls.

Went in on a Thursday around noon and there were longgg lines at both the shipping station and the check out area. There was only one employee left to balance it all - Christine! She was doing her best in a difficult situation and remained positive. Shoutout Christine, you’re a rockstar! Management - PLEASE staff your store better!!
