Im new-ish to working on and building my own computers. The man I talked to on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about when I called and the woman who helped me when I got to the store was able to find the piece I needed right away with just a picture I had. Neither of them made me feel dumb or like I was out of my league. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for the parts I'll need in the future.

Just purchased a custom PC for gaming. The gentleman that helped me spent 45 minutes explaining everything and never once tried to upsale me. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. They even answered all my dumb questions without making me feel like a total noob. It has been 5 years since I got my last PC built at PC Gold, so when it came time to upgrade I knew where to go. Even though I no longer live in SD, I still wanted them to build my gaming rig. I looked at some of the big spots like NZXT and build Redux, but PC Gold had them beat. I couldn't be happier with the result and value.

I had an amazing experience with this great business, they were very helpful with getting what I wanted. I needed to get a dual monitor set up and he helped with all the accessories I needed and was very patient with me to get it done and get it done right. I would highly recommend them for any needs for your computer good local store.

Our phone interaction didn't go well! The young man was rude and obnoxious to us old school folks. Once a place we traveled 100 miles ( one way) to be helped, not anymore. The answer to his statement of good luck finding that, we did from your competitors! Thanks and have a good day.
