Called on Friday. Dropped my laptop off Saturday around 4 PM. He said on the phone he would let me know if my older laptop was worth fixing or not and after looking at it he said it was worth the investment to fix it. He told me the price right then, Picked it up Sunday morning and it is working great. Thank you Jerry!

Very quick to respond, only took him a couple hours to fix an issue I had been working on for days (I'm decently computer savvy, nowhere near his level). Profesional, he explained everything in depth and talked to me about how he fixed it, and charged me a lot less than I thought he would. 10/10
