They were extremely polite and helpful and timely in fixing my computer and I have even called them since they repaired my computer with questions and they kindly assisted me beyond the service they provided.

The customer service is great. They answered the phone in a timely manner and were very helpful regarding my concerns. I came here with some issues regarding random crashes and overheating from my laptop. I wasn’t sure if it was a fan or hard drive issue. They offered to do a diagnostic review for free. Everything was running well, and the only issue was overheating, nothing an external fan couldn’t fix.

I'd be comfortable sending my Mom here. I'm the person who usually gets the call when family member's computers breakdown. I also have experience building computers. So, if something goes wrong in software, I can usually deal with it. But if something involving hardware breaks, and it's not obvious, then I usually take it to someone else. Yesterday, my home server broke and I took it to these folks to see if they could get it booting up again. They fixed it in 30 minutes by doing something I would not have thought to. They also tested my other hardware, and optimized my case layout and bios settings. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excelent. I will be back, just hopefully not too soon.

I haven't been there for anything related to the computers, so I cannot give them 5 stars. But they are pretty good at service and nice in terms of behaviour.

I feel I have to share my experience. I brought my laptop in earlier this year because it wasn't charging. The computer techs were super friendly and helpful and when I went back in to pick my laptop up it wasn't very expensive. When I got home however I found that the battery to my laptop wasn't connected properly and was flashing. This is something that would have easily been noticed if my computer had been started up and checked by the technician. I brought it back and they reconnected it quickly and easily free of charge. A few months later my computer stopped charging again and I had to bring it in again for repairs for the same issue. They added some more solder on (which they didnt charge me for). I picked up my computer and brought it home. Plugged it in and waited until it was fully charged and tried turning it on, nothing. It wasn't in sleep mode, something was preventing the screen from working. So I brought it back in AGAIN and had to leave it. Picked it up today and was told that someone hadn't reconnected a video something or other when it was repaired. Once again this is something that would have easily been rectified if they had started my computer while it was there to make sure everything was good. So I brought it home and just now turned it on..... well who would of thought... there is a large x in my battery display icon and it won't turn on unless plugged in. Also it's not charging! Once again someone did not connect the battery properly nor did they turn my computer on to check that it was working! I am not going back, nor would I recommend that you take your computer there. The prices are reasonable and the guys are friendly.... but there is some great attention to detail lacking here. I am really a very patient person and I understand when mistakes are made... but this is ridiculous.
