I was helped by Lee, Jackie, Taty and the tech Jeff. My work laptop came in contact with liquid and I was in panic mode. This team I dealt with not only showed professionalism, but also sympathy. They were able to retrieve all my data and got my laptop to work again. Amazing team Geek Squad/Best Buy in Summerville have. Thanks to them I had my laptop back within 24 hours.

Went in with a laptop that just stopped working. Was told I needed to purchase a Best Buy Membership for almost $200 a year just to retrieve the data and purchase a new computer. Went home and went on YouTube. After searching i purchased a universal hard drive converter adapter from Amazon for $30 and a refurbished MacBook Pro for $200. Was able to transfer all my stuff and to a new computer in my kitchen all by myself. Not sure how this place stays in business…

They were very helpful I took my iPhone there but it won't turn on so they told me I had to go downtown to the Apple store. They told me it would take like 3 weeks to get my phone back through them

Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.

Well that was a bummer. I set the appointment 5 days in advance only to be told when I came in they already gave away the last screen needed for my repair. Of course they didn’t call to let me know that or anything. Didn’t offer to help me find another location, nothing. No idea when they will get another one…just 5 days of waiting wasted and now I still have to figure it out 🤦♀️ On top of that she was rude. So that was unfortunate too.
