I took my grandson's phone into be repaired and they had to order the part. The part came in quickly and then the repair was also completeted in a timely manner. Both the agents I dealt with was very nice.

They saved my Xbox One X that I felt sure was fried and that I almost decided to toss. I was not familiar with this place so when I arrived I had several questions and Sherry took time to answer them all, didn't try to sell me anything nor did she put any pressure on me to make a decision regarding diagnosis & repair. She was friendly and helpful. It was made clear that they didn't know either if it could be fixed, hence the choice because the cost to look at it to know. BTW, cost to open something up & diagnose goes towards cost of repair if you decide to go ahead with the repair. About 2 weeks later I was informed that it was repaired & ready for pickup. Considering a part (power supply) had to be ordered and the heavy work load they have that was explained to me at the start, this was quick. Also, I was told if it was found that it could be repaired, would be one of 2 costs (depending on model of part needed). A dishonest place would had charged me the price of the part model that was a $100 more but not here. They found it required the cheaper of the 2 part models and they were honest about that. My Xbox One X works good again and software contents of the HDD are still intact too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a service they provide.

Had my royally smashed samsung screen replaced in less than 2 hours when no other places had it in stock. Dropped it off at 430 on the Friday before labor day and it was ready by 6 same day. Everywhere else said it would be at least tuesday. Also 3 other screen repair places closer to my house all recommended CPR.
