I came in because my phone wasn’t charging at all. I’m not too familiar with Rock Hill but they were the only location to have the piece in stock so I took a chance. I just want to shoutout Jalen for going above and beyond for her clients. From the initial phone call to check-out, she was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. If I’m ever in need, I’m going here!! I’ve been to so many different locations and this experience toppped them all. I rarely even leave reviews but I just had to. Thank you guys!

Walked in, made appt. Had my screen replaced in 2 hours. Team was friendly and easy to work with... Definetly recommended.

This was the worst place to go and get your phone fixed. I went and got my samsung z fold 5 fixed there. It was blue and was given to me black. On top of that upon receiving the phone it was not right and I told them it wasn't calibrated right on the inner screen. I had to resend it to Samsung and upon receiving it back the u fix I break had done more damage then good. I do not recommend

I highly recommend this store for ANY of your devices! I have an Apple iPhone13 that hasn’t had the wi-fi or Bluetooth ability for almost a year. Jalen Frasier was kind, professional, knowledgeable and my hero! I don’t know how he was able to get it to work, especially since I have spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T Support trying a million different updates and restarts. Thank you, Jalen. You are my hero!!!

They said they could repair Google Pixel 8 screen covered under extended warranty, had done it before, etc.. They ordered the part, I scheduled the appointment. I arrived at the scheduled time and they in fact did have the repair part(s). After > 40 minutes of waiting on the tech to unsuccessfully get the work order approved on-line, I left with phone in hand, un-repaired. I have no opinion of their technical capacity - but if they can not do the easy things, then it leaves one wondering...
