Wise Device Phone And Computer Repair

Took a cellphone to be repaired..Heard nothing from them so i went to their store. They saicd they had to order a part to chech out the phone. Again i heard nothing from them. The owner of the phone was anxious re his phone so he called them they sai it could no br fixed. During all this time i received no calls or communiv Cation from Wise at all the owner of the phone is on his way right now to retrieve the phone. If they had a zero star thats what i would have given instead of one star.

I had a little iPad that I dropped and didn’t just crack the glass it did damage to the panel. I was terrified I would lose everything on my IPad. I got a larger IPad with a lot of space. Now I have the dilemma of where to go because they were not linked and again I was terrified! We had just moved here a few months ago so I went online and did my homework. Wise Device came up with the best reviews. CJ owns it he really knows his stuff. He not only linked them successfully thank goodness he also made the small Mini look like new he did an amazing job. He saved the little one transferred everything to the large and put the safety glass on all at a very good price. He didn’t take long either had everything back quickly.I can also go to someone I can trust if I have any problems in the future. You have to pay attention though because it is in a little strip Mall that says computers on the sign. He is really good at what he does worth checking out.

We had a broken ps5, & a broken iPhone within 2 days while we were on vacation, Cj got our devices fixed for us within an hour of dropping them off to him & even stayed over hours to make sure we had our devices before we have to return home from vacation. Have gotten my iPhone XR screen replaced multiple times here, super quick and a very fair price for the service. CJ is really cool too and knows what he’s talking about with electronics in general. This is the first place you should stop in the Myrtle beach area for electronic repairs in my opinion

The HDMI port in my son's PS5 was messed up, I brought it in and was told that it was a common problem and they could fix it, Whew, was I relieved! It was fixed exactly on schedule and for a fair price. Good services and good price for the work done.
