uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

OH. MY. GOSH. I am tremendously frustrated. I showed up at this location at 10 am on Monday. The door said they opened at 10:00 (including Mondays), but I checked my email and it said the location didn't open until 11:00 on Mondays. I drive to Starbucks, kill an hour, and return around 11:15. There's STILL nobody there! I go to Google and it says they're closed today... like what in the actual world is going on?! The hours on the door... the email that was sent with my confirmation... and on Google all don't match. I called Asurion, complained, and had them send me to a different location. This is completely unacceptable. I've attached pictures for confirmation. To make it all more bizarre, there's a sign that says they're closed from 2-3 for lunch (no problem- everyone needs lunch) but there's a clock that says "Closed- Will return at 4:30". So there's an unclear start time... a 2pm-3pm lunch break... but they don't reopen until 4:30? Get it together.

i wish i can give no star. show up on monday closed even the website and the door says it should be open. so i call this time before heading that way. knowing i was coming they closed for lunch for two hours so i waiting around the area and when i can back when they opened back up to find out they are closing in 15 minutes and can do the repair and told me to come back without any apology. stay way this please need to be closed. had to file formal complaint to the company.

Had a scheduled appointment as 10 AM through Samsung, as they are a certified Samsung repair location. Recieved a confirmation email with the time, and fortunately today was the last day of my factory warranty, so it was going to work out just in time. Showed up at 10, they were closed. I had work the rest of the day, so I was unable to go back. So basically because they didn't communicate with Samsung that they had changed their hours, I'm out the cost of the repair. A scheduled appointment is a scheduled appointment, if you can't keep it, don't make it. If they can't deliver on this most basic of agreements, I'm honestly glad I didn't trust them with my phone.

I thought I'd accomplish something, but the phone is still not working. I simply needed a refurbished phone ordered because I had been experiencing technical troubles for quite some time. I learn that the employee left Verizon and went to another carrier after maybe experiencing troubles and having two phones with the new carrier that cost less than the one phone paid for while with Verizon. I was told to go to Verizon and let them order the refurbished phone, as Verizon may want me to upgrade. Back to Verizon I go to fix the issue at hand.

My phone would not take a charge so I took it to uBreakiFix. She took the phone and cleaned the port that I use to charge the phone. Then she put it on the charger and it started charging. I was so happy because I did not want to be without a phone. I have a love one at home with Alzheimer and cannot be with my phone. Thank you uBreakiFix for being there and taking care of my problem. The service was great. She was very busy but she took the time to hear my concerns and answered all of my questions. She did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. Thanks
