I had the total protection service. Paid $200 for it, only to find out there is a $30 deductible. Already paid for service, but they add on costs, that were NOT explained during purchase in store.

Geek Squad was hired to install Eero and added 3 fire stick installations. When purchased the service rep said the Geek Squad should be able to install all in one visit at the base price. When the Rep came (Adam) he said it would Eero at fee prepaid and the Fire Stick installation is $80 each. This is probably my last purchase from Best Buy at Myrtle Beach. Buyer beware of this and consider alternatives!!!

This morning, my husband and I were at Geek Squad in Best Buy at Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach. We were greeted by a very pleasant, professional, and well-mannered young man by the name of Deor. He was helpful, explained everything clearly and we did not feel rushed. His parents should be very proud of him. Most importantly, Geek Squad is quite fortunate to have him in board! They’re always super helpful. They were super busy the last time I went in, but fixed my problem a lot sooner than I was expecting them too. Very friendly staff
