I didn’t wanted to leave a review at first because some of it was clearly my fault when i should’ve left my laptop at home in the first place until i was able to get it completely fix . I brought my laptop here back in November of 2023 because it was stuck on a blue screen . The only thing that really needed to be fixed honestly, nothing else . After i took my laptop there, paid a deposit, me & my mother checked in on it for a couple weeks afterwards. When my mom last spoke to the guy which was a couple months later, she told me that he needed $275 to order the parts which I did not have at the time nor transportation (that’s my fault). What i did not know was that i had limited time before they would get rid of my laptop & disposed it . I thought it would be safe there until I’m able to have the money for the parts . After the first red flag, I should’ve went & got my laptop, repaired or not. When i FIRST dropped it off, he mentioned about me checking back in with him after 5 weeks due to him having so much other things to do. I checked back in after those 5 weeks, phone called, NO ANSWER. I called again, 6 week, a lady answered, told me that he was not available. Called a different week, lady answered again..he’s out sick . It’s like every single time i called he was barely in ! So i stopped calling completely, That’s red flag number 1! Red flag number 2, first check up maybe the second in PERSON, If I’m not mistaken he mentioned that he did not know what was wrong with it . That’s red flag number two ! because if you didn’t know what was wrong with it, why do you insist on taking it in? …why when you clearly should be aware of what’s going on with it from the start. That’s when my mom started calling, different month, he finally mentioned to her about parts, no problem I’ll have the money for the parts (at that time i did not have the money nor transportation like i stated). Once im available to finally give him the money for the parts i was told that my laptop was gone & disposed . On this previous day, July 2nd of 2024 i was talking on the phone with him & also the lady who works there, i could barely even get an answer in..due to them both being on the phone, the lady had an ok attitude but his was completely different , saying that he called several times also mentioned that i got my phone number changed which was a bold face lie, I’ve never had my number changed, same exact number for years now. Emailed me, checked my emails NO EMAILS ! I even checked my email the same exact day when he mentioned about the parts & about him emailing me to my mother ! I checked THEN as well ! No EMAILS ! I don’t know if it was wrong timing for me but moral of story if i knew that this was going to happened in the long run I would’ve kept my laptop at home or take it to someone else . I had a perfectly good laptop & for it to get disposed like it was some piece of trash was even more ridiculous . I took accountability of half of this issue because i took too long with the money im assuming & i also didn’t know that i had a limited time like I stated but what you not going to do is sit here, on the phone & make it seem like i was not checking in on my laptop when me & my mother was literally checking in on it from the jump ! It takes cooperation from both ends & you barely gave that ! Believe the VERY FIRST RED FLAG when you are dealing with companies like this i swear . Even though it’s been 5-6 months i thought my laptop would always be safe there, not broken down & disposed due to money delay & LACK of Cooperation & like i stated once again, it takes Cooperation from both ends & it is what it is now . Read reviews because reviews don’t lie .

This store is not a place you want to take anything to be fixed! The guy appeared to be nice over the phone and then when I got there he had the worst attitude, if you order a battery and charge port for my phone and I'm going to pay you full price for parts and shipping that should not have been an issue, at least that's what I discussed with him over the phone, 25 miles later I walk in and he tells me in his rude tone that he would need half of the labor also?? When questioned about it he stated that too many people have taken advantage of that. If I was going to pay you for the parts and shipping costs how was that taking advantage of anyone. It's sad that you lose a potential customer by putting them in a category with others they don't know, and to be so rude! I hardly ever leave a comment but this time it had to be done to try and prevent this from happening to anyone else... Like others, I was unable to respond to the employee or owners comment. So I'm doing it here. I was never told on the phone of such a policy, and for you to lie and say I misunderstood a simple policy is even more rude and disrespectful than the day I was in your two bit store. I understood very clearly that you lack skills when it comes to customer service, and should be trained. I want to see if you can understand this simple " I spent my money else where"... It didn't take rocket science to figure that one out, and I made it simple for you Mr. Ant for brains. The day I was in there I didn't see anyone else in there but you, why? Simple answer, no one who has ever been in your store comes back. Read the reviews people, I am a living witness of how rude these people are.

A young lady working at this business was very helpful to me. I was returning a product to Amazon via UPS. I would have had to travel to a Sumter UPS Store to make my return if a kind person named Quinetta had not patiently helped me redo my return form to Amazon on my phone, enabling me to return through this facility. I am very thankful for the assistance and will certainly use and recommend to others this business because of this employee Quinetta!
