Great experience with Chris and Chris from the Geek Squad! They came and set up our tv and sound bar with no hassle at all, and even made friends with our Cat! We highly recommend Geek Squad for all your tech needs!

I am so pleased with the support I received with my computer. I spoke with 3 different technicians during my adventure of learning "not to click". I had Malware and several other things wrong with my computer. They were professional, and did not make me feel like a "BOOMER". My computer is fixed and I am happy!

Worst experience ever. First time as I visit the store to repair my phone screen at Columbia they said that their machine is not working for iPhone 13 but is wasn’t said on the website and nobody as contact me to tell me this problem until I got there, and they recommend me to the Lexington Best Buy. It is my second time visit, and the tech person is leaving and we are about 10 mins late (who don’t have work on weekdays?). They told me to reschedule and we did. The third time we visit they told me tech person has family emergency that he left in the morning, but nobody from the store contact me to let me know. Three time visit in the store can’t get my phone repaired. Never come again.

I ordered new kitchen appliances and the lexington geek squad that came out to deliver has been awesome. Very friendly respectful guys! 10/10 recommend utilizing best buy and the geek squad for appilance purchases

I just left Geek Squad in Lexington sc. I am aware an appointment is strongly suggested, however due to health reason, I cannot always schedule an appointment. I have been in 3 times this month and had no problems being scheduled and seen. I received a call that my laptop is ready to be picked up. I stopped at Best Buy after a doctor appointment. There were 2 two people being waited on and no one waiting. I got in line and waited 45 min. I was told I would have to make appointment to come back. I have entered the world of the handicapped and it is difficult to get about . During my 45 min wait, no one recognized I needed to sit down....I was ignored by all the employees who came and went, and there were many of them. When I finally talked to someone, I told them I would call for an appointment.....And, customer service for the handicapped left a lot to be desired. This remark received no comment. If I had not just renewed my contract, I would NOT set foot in Best Buy again.
