Horrible! Brought in two laptops. He said to fix them it would be 100-300 dollars each! I too it to "You Break I Fix" and he fixed BOTH of them in 5 minutes for 20 dollars total. All kinds of stories and lies. Stay away!

(Update: I was contacted by the store and received several apologies. They offered me a refund for the diagnostic fee and payment for the new charger I bought. The owner even offered to take a look at my computer himself. Thanks for resolving the situation!) They must've lost or given my charger away as soon as I dropped my computer off, so they couldn't properly assess what was wrong with my computer. They claimed that my computer was dead and that they took it apart. I was told that it was either a motherboard or hardware issue. If they'd had my charger, they would have been able to turn my computer on and see the issue to better ascertain the problem. I will thank them for telling me that the repair of the damaged motherboard or whatever the assumed issue is would cost more than the computer was worth. Very unhelpful and unorganized, will not recommend

The people at this store were amazing, my computer had a surge so I brought it in. I told them I didn’t have the time to try and test it my self and they were happy to help. Through lots and lots of testing they found out my cpu had gone out. They called me frequently through the whole process and they were amazingly kind. My cpu even broke one of their motherboards and they basically called to tell me how funny it was, that just shows me that these people are truly trying to help and keep you in the loop. I will be back.
