Love Mr. PC! Dropped my phone at work and the home screen began to glitch. I let them know I was on lunch break and didn’t have much time. They immediately started to work on my phone and fixed it in ten minutes! They even gave me a deal on a new phone case and screen protector. Great guys!

You have your own personal issues if you don’t like this group of guys. Owner is an absolute work horse. They had my ps5 ready right when they said they would and that price is hard to beat! You guys rock! If I ever have a tech issue I can’t fix myself, I’m calling these guys again. Thank you guys!

So its been a few weeks since, and wanted to write a review: I took my Xbox series S to Mr PC a couple of months ago and they told me that the guy who typically repairs it was out for awhile due to a broken leg. I was a little disappointed because I had to wait a while to get it repaired, but I thought the price to repair it was fair and upon pick up, everything seems to working great. Havent had any issues with my Xbox since then. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is because they told me an initial date for when the worker was supposed to be back and it was actually a few weeks longer than what I was told. But satisfied with my repair job.

I initially had a review up and I took it down. My daughter iPad screen was broken in June and I took to get repair at Mr PC they were quick and got it done a few hours. The screen was cracked again a few weeks after that I’m unsure what happened but they said they couldn’t do anything but repair it again and charge me bc their 90 warranty only cover screen damage. Ok cool I was a little upset but chalked it up to maybe my kid had another accident with it. Took it back last month to have it repair which it was done quickly and now a line appears in the middle of the screen. There was no damage done to the iPad it wasn’t dropped or anything like that and there’s a screen protector that they installed. And they said again they would have to charge me full price to repair it bc it was damage to the LCD. But when I look up what causes LCD damage it said that the screen replacement could’ve been faulty the iPad has never had this issue until they replace the screen this time. And they need to explain exactly what the 90 day warranty covers bc it seems like it’s nothing. I won’t spend another dime there or recommend them to anyone. My reply to your response: While I understand what you’re saying again I’m saying that there was no damage, the iPad did not take a hit or anything. I monitor my child screen time so I’m not sure how an LCD can all of sudden be damaged. This only occurred after you all fixed the screen. But it is what it is I just won’t do business with you all again. I’m not upset I purchase a new one and paid for the apple care 🤷🏽♀️.
