I literally just wrote a lengthy review detailing my unsatisfactory experience with Angelo(Owner) and deleted it, because I’m mad at myself for not doing my due diligence in researching this company before hand. After my horrible experience with Angelo, I decided to leave a review and I’m shocked at how 9 other people have similar if not identical experiences as mine. Upon meeting Angelo, he seemed polite, very spiritual and knowledgeable about computers. The spiritual part made me believe he was an honest man, but boy did he fool me. Angelo is indeed a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He is not a man of his word. He wouldn’t give me a consistent price on fixing my daughter laptop nor on a refurbished one from him. Once I confronted him that’s when his true colors came out. I called my husband who’s out the country to talk to this man and see why he’s charging us for things he agreed as a courtesy for his mistake, but Angelo consistently over talked us. I came there today to pay my bill and have another conversation with him, and this time he was dismissive and seemed as if he couldn’t care less about what I was expressing to him. I give this company a 0/10 I don’t recommend.

In fact it was this photo I was sent while you almost broke my motherboard after dropping it and breaking the cpu fan that you tried to make me pay for is why I’m not buying or ever coming back!! . Owner mad bc I didn’t wanna spend $159.99 on a cpu that goes for $70 new at best buy plus he broke it infront of me from dropping it. Please protect your computers and do not come here. You ain’t pulling a quick one on me bud

Excellent customer service. Reliable, most knowledgeable and so very thoughtful and kind. I’ve used Custom Computers for years. Very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Owner lied to me about machine performance, warranty, and return policy. I had to have my credit card company refund me because he wanted to charge an outrageous “restocking fee”. Please don’t give this business you’re money, the best thing about a small shop is customer service, the owner is not trustworthy. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written.

This will be my third computer to buy from there. Had great service with the others. However, I recently bought a laptop that has had lots of issues. I was there for the third time with this new laptop when the owner called over an employee to lift a box since they are moving. My being there and my being irritated because I have made three trips back with the same laptop did not over ride his need to have a box lifted. I left there with my computer not fixed. I have gone to Best Buy and spent another $500 for a computer that hopefully will do what theirs was supposed to do. The customer service was horrible. Do not buy from there. They do not think customer service is a priority.
