Worst experience. I simply need my printer cleaned. I called in ample time for my need. I PAID IN ADVANCE! Now you can't find my order!!!! I will not call you EVER AGAIN!! And I hope Geek Squad goes under

I made an appointment 2 days ago to have my iPhone battery replaced. The website asked for my make and model. I get to the store this morning and the worker told me that they didn’t have the battery in stock. So what is the point in making an appointment and asking me for the phone information if you don’t carry the battery. I was not pleased and asked the worker what I should do. He said I could make another appointment. I asked why since he doesn’t keep the battery in stock. He just apologized. I expected the Geek Squad to be a littler smarter than this. I’m not sure who came up with this Mickey Mouse process but they probably get dressed then take a shower.

Michael of GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy in Charleston off of Sam Rittenburg was awesome. Backed up new computers in an hour. Was a delight to work with. I highly recommend you join the Geek Squad annual subscription plan. It is well worth it. Ask for Michael.

I had a very pleasant experience here. My laptop's driver was crashing and I brought my device in. Yes, they do have a couple days for turnaround, mine took about 4 days to get done. But, everything seems to be working great and they made sure to run over all the possibilities with me before leaving my laptop there. Paul was working both times I was there with a smile. Great service.

I'm experience wasn't professional by cashier nor the Manager I notified. While standing in line to purchase a laptop charger the cashier walks off. New cashier approaches and addresses the customer behind me. Notified Manager in the front of store but I had to stand in line waiting for him to complete a transaction. He tells me that I need to go to another cashier. He is standing at an active register. Said what I felt and Left. That's how my day after Thanksgiving began.
