I am a retired consultant and new to the Charleston area, living at Edisto Beach, SC. I had issues with my HP laptop and contacted Delson Computer without any references or knowledge of their skills. My email was responded by Norm within a good timeframe plus he called me to discuss my problem directly. It was quickly apparent that Norm is highly qualified and seems to enjoy his ability to assist folks with a computer issue. I plan to use Delson Computer for future needs in repairs. I would recommend Delson Computers to anyone that wants to get their equipment professionally repaired or upgraded.

Norm was very helpful with my personal laptop. I had my inverter replaced twice by another company within a year, and when I was having the same symptoms I gave Delson Computers a try. Norm actually stopped by my work and looked at it. He quickly discovered that the problem was not with my inverter, but a power source problem. Until I can get a new power source, he helped me retrieve some data that I did not have backed up elsewhere. He also offered to help me shop for a new laptop that would fit my needs when I have the money to be able to upgrade my equipment. On a side note: he was also very personable. We bonded over huskies and Reddit. By doing this, he was able to keep me calm about the problems with my laptop and reduce the amount of panic I was feeling. So all around great guy that has a patience and a wealth of knowledge about computers.

Anytime I need something for my personal or work computers, Norm is always there to get the job done quickly and at the best prices in the Charleston area. I recently upgraded to a new computer for work that Norm personally walked me through the building process and ordered a custom Dell PC to fit my exact needs. I have referred many people to Norm and will continue to do so.

Norm to the rescue! I'm a DJ in Charleston, SC and was set to play a wedding this past weekend. I get to the venue and my HP laptop wouldn't let me in!! Literally, I was locked out of my user name and couldn't get to my music. Panic mode set in! Keep in mind the ceremony was to start in less than 2 hours. I called Norm, he walked me through it all and within 20 minutes, had me up and running. Couldn't of been more happy with the professionalism and outstanding customer service. And their prices are just right. I recommend Delson Computer to anyone in the world!
