I was referred to CPR by someone at Best buy. My laptop hinge broke on one of the wires in my screen. They told me it would be more cost-effective to epoxy the hinge than to replace it she is really because the whole top cover would have to be replaced. That would also mean waiting for this top cover to be delivered on top of the installment time. And don't forget about the cost! So to say the least, CPR really helped me out big time. The young lady that assisted me and great customer service skills despite the fact that she was still in training. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours. But it actually took less than 24 hours before I got the email stating my laptop was ready to be picked up. When I did pick up my laptop, it took less than 2 minutes to do my final payment and get my receipt after reviewing the repair. The very small blemish on the bottom of my laptop hinge is nothing compared to the fact that I couldn't even close it completely just two days ago. Thank you CPR for taking care of me. Now go and check out my other reviews on places to stay and eat. We outchea! SHALOM

These folks are wizards! Seriously! I dropped my phone off today with a puzzling issue after my mom recommended CPR. The staff took great care to listen to the issues I described and did a quick preliminary diagnostic. After explaining the process of diagnosing and repairing the phone, they gave me an upfront estimate of the charges and timeline. The prices were fair and way better than I'd get at the service carrier store, and the timeline was perfectly reasonable. After that, not only did they find and fix the issue, but they got it squared away way ahead of the estimated time and under the estimated cost. I couldn't be more impressed with CPR!

Cracked the screen on my Android phone (older Galaxy S20), and not only did they have the replacement glass in stock, but they were able to replace it in about 35 minutes! Super pleased with the results. Everyone I spoke with was extremely polite, and everything was explained in detail right up front. Bonus: While I was waiting for my phone, I spoke with another technician and learned that they also fix tablets, laptops, home computers, and even RC drones! Very cool company with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt that it was necessary to share my experience so that other costumers know what to expect and hopefully avoid an unpleasant experience with CPR. This business is incompetent, unprofessional and fraudulent. Please avoid!! I brought my working laptop to get the keyboard cleaned as I had spilled a small amount of a sweet drink which had caused some of the keys to get stuck. The computer was in working condition otherwise. The person that helped me (Nate, the manager) assured me that this would be an easy fix (and I was charged $75). I picked up my laptop the next day, it was visually dirty on the outside, they didn’t even bother to wipe it clean before returning it. When I got home, to my surprise some of the keys were loose and fell off. Some were half stuck and half loose. I immediately emailed the store with no response. So I called them and was told to bring it back. After looking at it Nate told me there was nothing he could do about it. He said it was not their fault and implied that it was that way before. I asked him to have the owner (Nikki) call me. When she called there was no apology or explanation. Zero accountability. She said that the tech “tried” his best. Still could not explain how the keys were loose, at this point keeping me from using the laptop at all. After giving them the opportunity to make this right, I was told that was going to be issued a refund for the $75 I payed to have it fixed even though my laptop was now in worse condition than it was prior to taking it to CPR. As I walked into the store to get my laptop I heard the manager and the owner talking bad about costumers, not realizing I was listening. At this point the manager tells me he is no longer going to issue me a refund. And telling me good luck! Please avoid this business!! Go to a professional instead. At the minimum you will get better costumer service and bedside manner.
