I had an account here, and I had a lot of points, but they deleted my account. I joined again. But you deleted my account this time too. And the clerk didn't even ask me if I had an account. It was because I was an Asian. It was very rude and he doesn’t respect customer. Also he gave teared paper bag. I do not visit again the stapes !!!!

I went into Staples to print off some pics and could not figure out how to email and send them. Amanda was so much help. She was by herself at the time and helping myself and two others at the same time. Customer service is not what it used to be and having Amanda that day was amazing. We talked, laughed and she made me feel extremely comfortable not knowing what I was doing. She made my bad day extremely better. I walked in anxious and walked out laughing. What a great employee and person Amanda is. Customer service a 10/10

My experience at the Bluffton Staples printing center has been more than frustrating and extremely unprofessional by certain staff members. The only saving grace was an employee by the name of Jen. When I asked to speak with someone else to help me, she stepped in, was pleasant and very helpful. I'm a small business owner and needed help with business cards and gift certificates. Hence, 1 month later I needed additional gift certificates. I sent the order over via email. I was told that wasn't the proper channel by 2 employees for orders to be printed; it could only be "staples.com". I said it was done before as well as Jen didn't work there anymore. Long story short, I was directed to speak with a manager, which by this time I was frustrated, defeated and disappointed thus hanging up the phone and sobbing. This shouldn't be so HARD. I will never use Staples Bluffton EVER again.

I use the print center regularly for business with usually with no issues. Sent a large print order in online at 11 am to be done by 7 pm that same day. Went to pick up at 5 pm, not done said they were short handed and would be done by 7 pm. Called 8 am next day, only one person in the whole store, could not check on the order to see if it was complete. Leaving for a meeting in another state, after calling back and being on hold for over 10 minutes for her to tell me the print person was not there and order was still not done. Beyond frustrating to have a meeting in another state with no presentations. I had to call the help center to cancel this order since she was too busy to help me over the phone! Tired of hearing we are short staffed! Communicate via email or phone if they cannot get the order completed as promised so I could of went elsewhere! Will never use this location again!

Staples is a great company to deal with. We just purchased a new laptop and printer. We received excellent service all the way thru this transaction.
