We had a great experience with these folks! My wife's iPhone had been dropped in ocean when we were out of the country and wouldn't turn on, and to make matters worse, it wasn't backed up for several weeks so all the new stuff would have been gone. When we got back home we dropped off the phone with her new phone and were able to retrieve all the data and photos and even transferred them to her new phone. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were incredibly professional and kind. They truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for their expertise.

I would avoid this place at all costs. We took two iPhone SEs in for a routine cracked screen and one with a home button repair. I had to go back twice in one day for the screen repair because they did not put all the screws back in, and the phone continuously cycled off. While I waited, I watched the tech come up and ask the owner questions. That should’ve been my first sign. After two trips, two screens in one day, it’s still malfunctions. I paid $10 for a screen protector, which was on the applied to the first screen. Because they were so behind they did not apply it to the second screen, even though I paid for it. So I paid for something I did not get. At that point I just wanted to leave. My husband took his phone in for a home button, and it worked for a week. He went back on his way home from the airport and they turned off the accessibility mouse. The moment he left it came back on. This is an indication their repair failed. While they are very nice people, unfortunately, the work is very poor. I called and shared my experience and they did not seem to hear.

The absolute best place to go for service. I thought my computer had been hacked, but it turned out that was not the case.The problem was determined and fixed immediately. The staff was professional, courteous and extremely competent. On top of all of that, I wasn't charged a dime! Definitely good bye to the Geek Squad!

Took my phone here for a screen replacement one year ago, they fixed the screen but left dirt underneath the selfie camera which was visible in photos. Took it back a few days ago to have it cleaned out. Got it back and there is still dirt visible! Its not as bad as before but these guys clearly do not take pride in their work!
