Not as bad as the Computer Guy but still pretty awful. Brought in my phone for a screen replacement, was given a day to pick it up that same week. Great, right? Except when I came back three days later I was informed basically that they weren't capable of replacing the screen. So thanks for wasting my time.

Chromebook was acting up...dead battery.Ordered the battery; it is working fine. THANKS FOR Honest service...the sale person told me to got the battery maker site and order it. Saved me a few $$$
